You are so much more than a number, and your health is not defined by your weight; and health is the focus in our work together. Mental, emotional and physical.
While weight changes may naturally happen along your journey, they are not the primary focus of our work. Instead, we will be working on real, meaningful health improvements like better digestion, balanced energy levels, reduced stress, improved body image and feeling confident and peaceful around food.

3. Your Desireto Lose Weight Is Completely Acceptable!
If you’ve spent years dieting, it makes sense that you might still want to lose weight. That’s completely normal! If you didn’t want to lose weight, you’d likely already be eating intuitively, and you don’t have to suppress those feelings when working with me. Instead of ignoring them, we’ll explore where that desire is coming from, unpack the cultural messages around weight, and focus on practical, sustainable ways to care for yourself, without the pressure of dieting.

All of us are unique and live unique lives, which means there’s no one-size-fits-all approach.
