Equipment For This Recipe:

Pumpkin spice, cinnamon, saucepan, WMF cutlery set (not a must, but it’s the prettiest!)

Ingredients:

  • 60g pumpkin purée
  • 30g brown sugar
  • 30g honey
  • 60ml water
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the pumpkin purée, brown sugar, honey, water, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Simmer for 5–7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving or storing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
